Well, here they are again. That glorious trio of events Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years!!! Wow. I am excited and looking forward to the many wonders that come along with the holidays.

This is probably my last blog. I say probably because I have enjoyed bringing you my take on the food stuff of my life. I think that I might want to blog again in the future. We will see.
This election marked the start of something new and different. I know a lot of us are concerned by the thought of what may lie ahead. Change is often unnerving. We don’t know what we will be facing in the next few years. What new challenges we will have to work to overcome?
What we do know is that we are stronger together when we speak as one unified voice then we will ever be alone. It may be, that we will need to speak up loudly for the issues that are important to us as a nation and stand up together, united, for what is right. Only time will tell what will be. In the meantime…..we have……even more reason to “stop and smell the roses.”
